Before the campaign, our operations team analyzes current capacity usage and pre-expands CPU, RAM and bandwidth resources according to the expected traffic increase. The NVMe disk infrastructure ensures low latency during increased read/write demands in peak periods. During the campaign, the infrastructure is monitored 24/7; in case of sudden traffic increases, resource allocation is quickly updated by the operations team. It is recommended to notify at least 72 hours in advance for planned campaigns for proactive capacity planning.

Payment and checkout traffic is routed through secure network segmentation supporting PCI DSS requirements. The N+2 UPS and N+1 generator structure is designed to minimize the impact of power outages on payment processes. The network infrastructure operates redundantly through DE-CIX Istanbul connection and 6 different operators; traffic is automatically rerouted in case of a single operator failure. Connection delays to payment providers are continuously monitored and the operations team is notified upon anomaly detection.

The Heimwall DDoS protection system analyzes bot traffic at the application layer (Layer 7) and filters suspicious requests. Intense and repetitive request patterns such as fake card attempts are detected by rate limiting and behavioral analysis rules. In case of attack detection, the operations team is informed at an early stage and necessary additional measures are coordinated. Additionally, IP-based and geographic access restrictions can be applied at the infrastructure level.

Marketplace API calls, ERP synchronizations and stock update operations create a continuous background load on the infrastructure. Separate resource allocation can be made for such workloads, so that integration traffic and customer-side site performance do not negatively affect each other. During intensive stock update periods (e.g., bulk price changes), disk I/O and database performance is supported by NVMe infrastructure. In case of integration issues, the operations team quickly provides feedback by examining server-side connection and performance logs.

Databases run on NVMe-based high IOPS storage infrastructure and provide low latency in intensive query traffic. High database availability is enhanced with replication-supported structure; in case of a failure on the primary server, the backup copy can be activated. Separate resource allocation for database servers prevents the application layer and database layer from negatively affecting each other. During intensive campaign periods, read and write operations can be separated; read traffic can be directed to replica servers, balancing the load on the main database. With the snapshot-based rollback mechanism, the database can be quickly restored to a desired point in time.

The energy infrastructure is designed with N+2 UPS and N+1 generator configuration; generators are subject to regular maintenance and load tests. In case of hardware failures, spare components are kept ready within the data center and quickly replaced by the operations team. Disaster recovery (DR) scenarios are regularly tested under the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System. Backup policies are configured according to customer needs; daily, hourly or instant snapshot options are offered.

The Denizli location provides geographic diversity and risk distribution advantage over Istanbul-centered infrastructures. Thanks to DE-CIX Istanbul peering connection and redundant network structure provided by 6 different operators, latency times for end users are comparable to Istanbul-centered solutions. The location of the infrastructure outside Istanbul contributes to maintaining operational continuity in regional disasters or large-scale network outages. Additionally, keeping data within Turkey's borders supports fulfilling obligations under KVKK (Law No. 6698).

The migration process begins with a comprehensive technical analysis of the existing infrastructure: server configuration, database size, integration structure and DNS settings are evaluated. The operations team prepares the migration plan and proceeds with implementation after customer approval. During migration, the existing environment continues to operate; DNS redirection is made after verification tests are completed in the new environment. The old environment is kept as a backup for a certain period after migration. The customer is informed throughout the entire process and progress is coordinated.

A 99.99% availability rate has been achieved in the last 12-month measurement period. Under the SLA agreement, a defined credit mechanism is activated if the committed availability rate falls below. Outage times are recorded with independent monitoring tools and planned maintenance periods are kept separate in SLA calculations. Credit requests are evaluated according to the procedure specified in the contract. Detailed SLA conditions are shared with the customer during the contracting process.

Since all infrastructure is located within Turkey's borders, it minimizes the need to transfer personal data abroad. Data processing processes are audited within the scope of ISO 27001 Information Security and ISO 27701 Personal Data Management certifications. Technical information required for ETBİS registration (server IP addresses, location information) is provided. Log retention obligations under Law No. 5651 are supported at the infrastructure level. Legal compliance requirements are checked with regular internal and external audits.

The operations team works on-site 24/7 and proactively monitors the infrastructure. The first response time for critical level requests is under 15 minutes. Support requests are classified by priority level: critical (service outage), high (performance degradation), normal (configuration change) and information request. A tracking number is created for each request and the customer is informed throughout the process. Infrastructure monitoring systems detect potential issues at an early stage and in many cases allow intervention before the customer notices.
