If you have a server, whether virtual or physical, you need to have the nameserver addresses to which the domain names on your server will be pointed registered on the server. You need to
add an A record on the server for these registered nameserver addresses.
A Record
When you log in to the Edit DNS Zone section via the WHM left menu, the page that appears will list the sites registered on the server. From this list, select the domain name you are using as your nameserver addresses and click the Edit button to enter it.
When you enter, all DNS record information related to the relevant domain name will appear. At the bottom of this page, there are empty fields where you can add new DNS records. From these fields, you can create records such as A records, MX records, and CNAME
records.

To add an A record, you need to proceed as shown in the image above. In the first field, type only “ns1” and enter the IP address assigned for ns1.yourdomain.com next to it; in the second field, type “ns2” and enter the IP address assigned for ns2.yourdomain.com.
After completing the operations, you can save it with the “Save” button at the bottom.
