From the Domains section, we go to the account we want to back up and go to the “Backups” tab from the sub-options,

For a new backup we click “+ New
Backup”,

“Description” - Enter a description that defines your backup plan,
“Back Up Settings Only” - We can back up only the system files
“Send email when backup is
complete” - If we want to be notified by email, an email address must be entered,
“Schedule” - In this section we can schedule the backup operation if we wish; as an example in the image, a backup is scheduled for every
Monday at 01:00 AM — settings can be configured accordingly,
We can click Save without activating the scheduling option to complete the process — this way a backup will be created in the home directory,
The backup plan below is set as default; you can
configure it according to your preference.
