There are multiple ways to log in to cPanel. In order to log in to your cPanel account, an account must be created in WHM panel (“Create an Account”). If you have purchased a Linux cPanel hosting package from a company providing hosting services, these operations are automatically performed on the server and your cPanel account credentials are automatically sent to your email address. If you have a server or reseller service where WHM panel management belongs to you, you can also access the accounts within it through WHM panel. In this article, we will show you many ways to connect to your cPanel account.
Access via IP address over an encrypted connection
https://192.168.0.1:2083 — Add :2083 after your IP address to connect to your cPanel account.
Access via IP address over an unencrypted connection
http://192.168.0.1:2082 — Add :2082 after your IP address to connect to your cPanel account.
Access via domain name over an encrypted connection
https://example.com:2083 — Add :2083 after your domain name to connect to your cPanel account.
Access via domain name over an unencrypted connection
http://example.com:2082 — Add :2082 after your domain name.
http://example.com/cpanel (recommended) — Add /cpanel after your domain name.
You can directly access the cPanels of accounts you have created through WHM panel via Home Account Information » List Accounts tabs.
