As you all know, due to COVID-19, which has been declared a global pandemic and is effective worldwide, we have taken some measures without disrupting business continuity and have started implementing them immediately.
We would like to particularly state that the measures taken will not affect the critical operation operations of our data center, that all equipment related to our infrastructure is physically one-to-one redundant, and that all operations will continue normally.
A remote working decision has been made for our personnel who do not have a restriction on working from home and who are not authorized technical staff for physical operations, mechanical and electrical matters in the data center.
Data center entrances have been closed to anyone other than authorized personnel, and server and equipment entry and exit will be done only in the area created at the cargo entrance, in accordance with social distancing and sterilization guidelines.
Since all visits have been cancelled and data center entrances are closed, all physical operations needed by our colocation service customers (remote-hands, smart-hands support) will be performed free of charge by our operation personnel during this process.
Our operation teams may be forced to limit or delay unnecessary physical work requests from our customers, or to give priority to more critical work requests for business continuity during this difficult period.
For those who are concerned about the measures, we would like to say that there are no COVID-19 cases within our company. We believe that this decision we have taken is the right step to prevent and slow down the spread of the coronavirus in the national fight against this globally problematic coronavirus, specifically for the health of our employees and customers.
Thank you for your support and flexibility during these difficult times.
We wish you healthy days.
Sincerely.
